Shipping Info: Delivery is made by the Spanish National and International Mail Service (CORREOS). Once the item is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping zone:

Spain: 2-3 working days.
Europe (EU countries): 5-6 working days.
Europe (non EU countries): 7-10 working days.
Other countries (US, Asia, Africa, Canada...): 10-15 working days.

Shipments to some international destinations may taker longer due to customs clearance and local postal logistics. Please be patient but if you have not received the item within a month, you may contact us.
Return Policy: Although all our items are guaranteed and revised before shipment, you have 30 days from its reception to check them. We will replace any damaged/non working item in order to maintain our high quality standards. However, it will require an authorization before the replacement. To get this authorization, simply send us an email to landru@landrumusic.com identifying the item damaged/non working and including a brief description of the problem and a photo if it has been damaged during transportation.
